![]() ![]() Not what is recommended and I’m a believer in safe sleep but when neither of us was getting any rest I would fall asleep breastfeeding in bed or recliner all the time and that in my opinion was less safe than him sleeping on his tummy in his own bed. Our guy is sleeping on his tummy bc he was waking after 10 min on his back for months around 10 weeks after talking with pediatrician we decided to flip him and it has been so much better. So it provides cushion but not as hazardous idk. ![]() :) maybe there is something that I can wrap. Usually they figure out something new and it takes a few days usually no more than a week and they would settle back down. They outgrew it and figured out how not to wake themselves up. My older kids were movers a lot at night as well and the mesh did help. I know crib bumpers are unsafe, and those wouldn't. I'm sure the falls sound worse than they are, but it's terrifying. ![]() Babies often engage in rhythmic headbanging for self-soothing. He hasn't mastered getting back down and has fallen several times and hit his head on the crib rails. If your baby is hitting their head on the crib, remain calm and monitor the situation. They went inside the slats so it provided a little bit of cushion and took care of the problem. My almost 8.5 month old started standing last week, and now he is constantly standing in his crib before naps and bedtime. ![]()
